The “Internship Management System,” which will handle applications for Summer Internships, Cooperative Course Internships, and Erasmus Internships, upload internship reports, and obtain approval of company internship evaluation reports digitally, has been completed and is now accessible via https://stajbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr as of April 29, 2026.

From now on, only internship applications submitted digitally through this system will be processed; physical documents used in the past will no longer be accepted.

Students who log in to the system at stajbasvuru.iyte.edu.tr using their IYTE Webmail username and password can use the Internship Management System Student User Guide, available at https://sci.iyte.edu.tr/staj, to assist them throughout the application process.
